In the same way that we hold ourselves accountable to the highest ethical and professional standards, we recognise our responsibility to the environment, to other people and to upholding human rights. To address some of these issues, alongside our diversity initiatives, we make a donation to Centrepoint, the youth homelessness charity, for every candidate whom we place. In addition, we support the work of the Yorkshire Dales Millennium Trust to help plant more trees in the Yorkshire Dales. Every year, we provide funding which helps support the planting of trees across the national park.
